Subsea Pipeline, Cables, Risers, Subsea System
Subsea pipeline (RIGID, FLEXIBLE and UMBILICAL) systems, general design approaches, and installation methods. A complete pipeline system usually consists of several parts: flowlines, rises, processing facilities, and so on. To design a pipeline system, the three stages of conceptual basic design engineering, front end engineering design engineering, and detail design engineering may be carried out depending on the project’s requirements. The design process and content are elaborated for each stages. Moreover, the installation methods of subsea pipelines are demonstrated briefly.

Subsea Structures
A fast track engineering procurement and installation support for construction (EPC) of platform and subsea structures. In addition, we do design and verification and analysis of loads acting on structures or parts and components of structures during manufacturing, testing, installation and operation. The engineering includes conceptual and detail design and analyses of all parts of subsea production systems.

Finite Element Analysis
Advance engineering, design and verification services using finite element analysis modelling (FEM). Compare to the standard structural analysis program, the finite element analysis (FEA) gives a better representation of complex structural geometry and local effects using optimised mesh refinement.

Risk, Cost-Benefit Analysis (RCBA)
Risk, Cost-Benefit Analysis (RCBA) for economic evaluation in which all costs and consequences of a certain decision are expressed in the same units, usually money. The decisions about safety investments involve choices between different possible risk management options, cost-benefit analysis can be very useful.

Asset Integrity Study
During the service life of the offshore pipelines and structures different failure mechanisms like external/internal sheath damage, fatigue damage, or corrosion may arise. Therefore, high operating costs need to be consumed to confirm the fitness of the pipeline system. This research deals with an enhanced Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), FFS, ARI, PFSA and RCFA methodology to certify the integrity management of the pipeline system.
